Walgreens: Steps!


I have been on a weight loss journey for about 3 months now and I'm still going strong. I've lost weight, dropped a pants size, and I feel much better about myself.

To keep myself going, I  often look at my pics from a few years ago before I gained all the weight and remind myself that I can look like that again.

Now, Walgreens steps  wants to help us stay on track.  You can now earn 10 points per mile that you walk/run and you can get 10 points per daily log when you track your weight. 

WHOO HOOOO!!!!
