If You Have a Craving, I Have a Cure Book Review!

There's nothing more aggravating  than having a craving for  specific food, but then restricting ourselves from having it because we shouldn't eat it. I have been there way too often lately as I am finding myself in the process of losing 25lbs. It's been a rocky road, but I am working hard towards my goal while still enjoying great foods.  Many of the foods I have been eating come from the recipes inside If You Have a Craving, I Have a Cure by  Sheri Rose Shepherd.

If You Have a Craving, I Have a Cure talks about the  struggles of   losing weight and faith.  Honestly, I'm probably not as religious as I should be, but this book really spoke to me and made me reevaluate my entire weight loss process.

It really offers a new perspective to food, faith, and family. I was surprised how well it blended the 3 together to create such a  masterpiece that is useful to every family. It was a quick read that kept my interest.

I love how each chapter is devoted to one certain craving. It gives you 3 things as to what to do about it,bible verses and recipes matching  the theme. It's really great and has come in handy several times during my process. It's not only helped me lose 13lbs so far, but I feel more alive and focused.
