I have no idea what changed, but I have been getting tons of coupons from target in my mail this past month! 

Today I got a book from Target which included a small coupon book in the middle which contained the following items:

$1/1 bagged apple 3lb
$1/1 bag seedless grapes 1.5lb bag

I was also thrilled to spot a coupon on the back of the booklet for a free 2 liter Papsi product
