***You have to have the hangtag found on the product to submit this rebate.
1.Purchase any Glade® Expressions Fragrance Mist Starter
2. Remove the original rebate hangtag from the product
3. Cut the UPC barcode from the product packaging
4. Send the original, cash-register receipt dated between 4/1/12 and 12/31/12 with the purchase price of the product circled, the original rebate hangtag, the product UPC and the completed rebate form
