To clean your dishwasher, you simply use 1/2 a cap full in the soap dispenser and 1/2 a cap full in the bottom of the empty dishwasher then run a complete cycle on the hottest setting. For more extreme cases you may need to stop the cycle and let it sit and soak 2-4 hours before resuming.

Since I run an in-home daycare, I use my dishwasher at least once a day - so needless to say, it does get smelly after awhile. So this product would definately combat that problem.
