Shaving is a huge part of my daily routine. It is a must have each morning. I have tried many razors.. most razors! My favorite has to be venus though so i was extra excited to see olay and venus have come together to offer us the best of both worls in one package... Gillette Venus & olay razor.
One thing that caught my eye before I even opened the package was a sticker that read "love it or 2x your money back". That really Shouted a great first impression for me because I love companies that stand behind their products. I also loved how easy it was to open the package! Most razor packaging require sharp objects to open them, but not this one! Part of the package is raised a little higher than the rest creating a perfect place to slip your finger in. You simply pull forward to reveal your razor. Easy as pie! No sharp objects needed.
The handle is extremely soft and comfortable to use, like all venus handles. I love the soft golden yellow color. I was extra excited to see the actual razor though.
It offers an olay mositure bar on each side of the razor and I'm not talking about those little bars you see on most razors that disappear after the first use... it's actaully a "mositure bar" on each side. The Olay mositure bars smell WONDERFUL and leave your skin feeling extra soft.
I was also really excited to see a simple shower hanger so I can hang my razor up while not in use. Most razors either don't contain one or they contain those big bulky ones that I hate having.. So I was really excited to see a simple shower hanger included in this one.
I have to admit, Venus has always given me the closest shave so I was not surprised to see the same results with this razor But it did leave me feeling softer and was a better shave overall.
