Tyson rebate

When you buy any four Any’tizers products between 1/2/12 and 2/17/12 (even in separate transactions!) submit for the rebate to receive $10 in Sporting Goods Cash by mail.  

The fine print: 

Purchase four (4) qualifying Any’tizers snacks bagged products at retailers in the 50 U.S states. or D.C., between 1/2/12 and 2/17/12 (“Program Period”) to be eligible to receive a certificate for $10 in Sporting Goods Cash by mail, while supplies last. Submit in one mailing envelope: (a) a fully complete mail-in request form, (b) four (4) qualifying Any’tizers snacks proofs of purchase, and (c) original store register receipt(s) (copies not permitted) dated between 1/2/2012 and 2/17/2012, to Tyson Any’tizers Snacks Sporting Goods Cash Offer, c/o Tyson Foods, Inc., P.O.
