Head on over to recycle bank to earn some new points.
After you register or login you will see the above ad.
You will want to click on it to enter the contest.

Once you do you will see this diagram in the bottom right hand corner.
You will then click on it .
The living room is now available
( if you have not done the kitchen do so now)
You will click on it.

each blue [+] in this pic started green and turned blue when i clicked on them.
you will click on each and gain points.
Once all of them are done you can come back when the new room releases to gain more points.
