July 4th is Boomin in Chattanooga!

The 4th of July is coming and you better be Prepared! Chattanooga has plenty of fun and exciting events to keep you on your toes and alert. Be ready for the explosive fireworks shows!

Lake Winnepesaukah- Don't miss the explosive fireworks display after spending the day enjoying great rides, games, miniature golf, delicious food and more. (July 4th &6th  10:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Creative Discovery Museum-  Have a sample picnic on the Rooftop, make shakers & streamers for the parade followed by bubble wrap "fireworks." Then end the day in a watermelon seed-spitting contest! (7/4/2013 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM)

Patriotic desserts

If you are anything like me you love desserts. There is nothing like a sweet tooth around holidays. Thats why Im bringing you some of the best patriotic desserts this fourth of july. No matter what you are looking for, there is always something for you!

My personal favorite is the Berry cheesecake pie. I think I might try this one..

Or maybe I will try the French Almond cake with berries and cream.. YUM!

What are you doing for the 4th of July?

Well it quickly approaches us and I'm so excited! We will be having a cookout with a bunch of our friends. My hubby's birthday is the 9th and since he has to work we will be combining the holidays. I'm going to cookout for them and make a cake or two. I can't wait. Stay tuned for an upcoming menu
